• What is EfM?

Education for Ministry (EfM) is a unique program in theological education designed for lay people. The program invites participants into small, mentored groups that provide the framework for understanding life and shaping actions as Christian faith is deepened. EfM seminar groups meet in local settings and online, and provide a four-year curriculum that develops theologically informed, reflective, and articulate individuals.

  • My Connection to EfM

I have been involved with EfM in Canada for over decade. I am a graduate of the program, a certified mentor, and am the coordinator for the EfM program in the Anglican Diocese of Toronto.
